We grow anyway, even if it’s just a pot of herbs in the kitchen. Nature is always with us.”

Cecilia also emphasizes that her story is not just one of strength, but of vulnerability and care. She is open about her experiences with mental illness and disability, challenging assumptions that people may make about her. “People see me and think I’ve got it all together, but I’ve had to work through a lot, and I’ve needed help to do what I do.” She finds power in being honest and human, reminding others that success is rarely solitary.
